9. Refunds & Cancellations
We strive to provide outstanding service to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may change. The following terms apply to refunds and cancellations:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of engagement, we offer a full refund with no questions asked. This applies only to first-time clients and new service agreements.
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
To request a refund, you must meet these conditions:
- You can make the request within 30 days of your initial payment.
- The service was not completely delivered as promised.
- (Optional) You provide a reason for your dissatisfaction for our internal review.
Note: The 30-day refund policy does not apply to one-time consultations, completed training sessions, or any service already marked “completed.”
To cancel a recurring or retainer-based service, please follow these guidelines:
- Provide written notice at least 7 business days before your next billing date.
- We will not issue partial refunds for any unused days after cancellation, unless we agree otherwise.

Include your full name, business name (if applicable), date of payment, and any relevant context. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.
