Job Profile:

This job involves learning various technologies, systems and reconciliation methods as our client base and working style is very different from traditional businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Client Accounts in compliance with US GAAP & international accounting rules.
- Reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts including “Payables & Receivables.
- Recording and evaluating accruals and depreciation on fixed assets of clients.
- Manage the equity and loan accounts.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements .
- Facilitating Intercompany Reconciliations for clients.
- Preparing & Posting year end adjustments.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Follow the company procedures and policies to perform the task assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage team members to ensure timely delivery of work.
Key Skills:
- Coordinate with Clients directly and able to communicate the issues and deliverables to the client’s satisfaction.
- A strong understanding of MS excel & Google sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP.
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of NetSuite, Xero is a plus.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales taxes, reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Qualification- Commerce Background (B. Com, M. Com, CA, CMA, MBA Finance & CA Dropout)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working on US accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll activities/ US GAAP Perks & Benefits:
