Advanced Excel skills 2-3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
A comprehensive understanding of financial statements and general ledger accounting is expected.
Effective time-management skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
The ability to take full responsibility for meeting client deadlines and addressing their needs is crucial.

Responsibilities

As a bookkeeper at LedgerLabs, you will be responsible for handling the internal accounting needs of financial advisors, including bookkeeping and month-end close procedures.
LL’s bookkeeping services provide bookkeeping for financial advisors and small business owners.
You will assist engagement teams with accounting functions such as reconciling bank and loan statements, completing month-end close processes, and analyzing a company’s general ledger.
You will collaborate with clients to obtain necessary supporting documents.
Your role will also involve maintaining accurate ledgers by coding transactions correctly.
You will manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of complexity and review financial reports to ensure accuracy.

Pay: $25-$35 per hour.
The actual base salary depends on factors like relevant skills, experience, education, performance, and location.
