9. Refunds & Cancellations

We strive to provide outstanding service to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may change. The following terms apply to refunds and cancellations:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of engagement, we offer a full refund—no questions asked. This applies only to first-time clients and new service agreements.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 30 calendar days of initial payment.
  • The service was not fully rendered or delivered as agreed.
  • (Optional) A reason for dissatisfaction is provided for internal review.

Note: The 30-day refund policy does not apply to one-time consultations, completed training sessions, or any service already marked “completed.”

Ongoing Service Cancellations

For recurring or retainer-based services:

  • Written notice must be provided at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days after cancellation unless otherwise agreed.
