Before joining Ledger Labs, Matt played a key role at CultHealth as an Accounting Manager, where he led core accounting operations and successfully managed a full ERP migration to NetSuite, improving reporting capabilities and system reliability. Earlier in his career at Varis, he developed reconciliation frameworks and supported financial infrastructure for a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS platform. His experience across both operational accounting and systems transformation enables him to deliver clean, reliable financials while continuously improving the processes behind them.
